Monitor Not Displaying
- Check the monitor is turned on (look for the power light)
- Check the cable between the monitor and the computer is firmly connected at both ends
- If using a dock: try connecting the monitor directly to the laptop
- Press the monitor's menu button to check the input source matches the cable you are using (HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA)
- Try a different cable if available
Keyboard or Mouse Not Working
- Unplug the keyboard/mouse USB cable and plug it back in
- Try a different USB port
- For wireless: check the batteries and the USB receiver is plugged in
- Restart your computer — this often fixes device recognition issues
